退款政策 / Refund Policy

1. 原则 / Principle

我们希望每一位学员都能真正开始学习。若产品与宣传不符或因我们的原因无法履约，我们将优先提供补课、换课或退款。您可随时通过邮箱或微信提出退款申请。

We want every learner to actually start. If a product does not match its description or we cannot deliver it, we will first offer make-up classes, a class swap or a refund. You may request a refund at any time by email or WeChat.

2. 可全额退款 / Full refunds

• 直播课、录播课、小班课与一对一课程：开课前 7 天内（含）提出申请，全额退款；
• 线下集训营：开营前 14 天内提出申请，全额退款；
• 重复付款、错付金额：核实后 3 个工作日内全额退回。

Live, recorded, group and 1-on-1 courses: a full refund if requested within 7 days before the first class. Offline camps: a full refund if requested within 14 days before the camp starts. Duplicate or incorrect payments are refunded in full within 3 business days once verified.

3. 按比例退款 / Pro-rated refunds

课程已开始但尚未完成的，按剩余未上课时长的比例退款；已领取的讲义、录播回放与学习资料不折算退款。一对一课程已预约但您未出席的课时，按缺席课时计费不予退款（因师资时间已占用）。

If a course has started but is not completed, we refund the proportion of unused class time; handouts, replays and materials already provided are non-refundable. Booked 1-on-1 lessons you do not attend are charged as used, because the tutor's time is reserved.

4. 不予退款 / Non-refundable items

• 数字产品一经开通或下载即视为交付完成，不支持退款：包括在线全真模考、会员题库权限、分科练习题集、自学包与视频课程回看权限；
• 赠品、优惠券、免费体验课与免费模考额度不可折现；
• 因学员自身原因（时间冲突、放弃备考、账号外借）导致的退款申请。

Once a digital product is activated or downloaded it is considered delivered and is not refundable, including online mock exams, question-bank access, subject question packs, self-study packs and video-course access. Gifts, coupons, free trial lessons and free mock-exam credits are not redeemable for cash. Requests based on the learner's own circumstances (schedule conflict, changing plans, lending the account) are not eligible.

5. 申请流程 / How to request

1. 发送邮件至 [email protected]，或微信联系 sccoty888888，注明：注册邮箱、Paddle 订单号、退款原因；
2. 我们将在 3 个工作日内审核并回复结论；
3. 审核通过后，退款将原路退回至原支付方式，款项到账时间取决于支付机构与发卡行（通常 7–14 个工作日）；
4. 若已开通的数字产品权限需要相应关闭，我们会在退款完成后 1 个工作日内调整。

Email [email protected] or message us on WeChat sccoty888888 with your registered email, Paddle order ID and reason. We review and reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (typically 7–14 business days, depending on the provider). Access to any activated digital product is withdrawn within 1 business day of the refund.

6. 争议处理 / Disputes

对退款结果有异议的，请先与我们联系协商；协商不成的，可依法向 北京拓源文化传媒有限公司 所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼，或通过 Paddle 官方支持渠道发起争议处理。

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact us to resolve it. Failing that, you may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the location of 北京拓源文化传媒有限公司, or raise a dispute through Paddle's official support channel.
