These terms govern all transactions and use of CSCA preparation courses, question banks, mock exams and study-abroad consulting services purchased through www.linkglobal-education.com (the "Platform"). By browsing or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Live and recorded courses, group classes and 1-on-1 tutoring; question banks, online mock exams and study materials; study-abroad consulting; and university promotion cooperation (B2B, governed by a separate agreement).

课程以直播或录播形式交付，具体开课时间、课时与教学方式以订单确认信息及顾问沟通为准。线下课程地点为北京、武汉、沈阳、海南四大中心，住宿与接送服务为可选增值服务，另行确认。
Courses are delivered live or on demand. Start dates, class hours and delivery mode follow your order confirmation and advisor communications. Offline classes run at our Beijing, Wuhan, Shenyang and Hainan centers; accommodation and airport transfer are optional add-ons.
所有价格以人民币标价，实际结算金额可能因付款地区适用税费而变化。站内支付由 Paddle Billing（Merchant of Record，商户记录方）处理：Paddle 负责收款、税务计算与开票，我们不接触您的完整卡号信息。付款成功后订单即时确认，课程与数字产品权限通常在 1 个工作日内开通。
Prices are listed in CNY; the final amount may vary with locally applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Paddle Billing as the Merchant of Record, which handles collection, tax calculation and invoicing—we never receive your full card details. Access to courses and digital products is normally activated within one business day of payment.
本平台的课程视频、讲义、题库、解析与辅导材料，其著作权及知识产权归 北京拓源文化传媒有限公司 或相应权利人所有。您获得的是个人、不可转让、非商业的使用许可：不得录制转售、公开传播、共享账号或用于任何形式的再分发。
Course videos, handouts, question banks, explanations and tutoring materials remain the intellectual property of 北京拓源文化传媒有限公司 or the respective rights holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence; recording, resale, redistribution or account sharing is not permitted.
本平台为独立备考服务机构，非 CSCA 考试主办方，亦不对考试主办方的政策调整、考纲变化或考试结果作出任何承诺或担保。备考数据与提分说明基于历史教学统计，不构成对任何个人考试结果的承诺。
The Platform is an independent preparation provider, not the CSCA examination organizer. We make no guarantee regarding policy changes, syllabus updates or examination outcomes. Performance figures are historical teaching statistics and are not a promise of individual results.
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因不可抗力、网络中断、第三方平台故障或您自身原因造成的间接损失承担责任。我们将尽合理努力保障服务连续性，并在服务中断时提供补课、延期或退款等替代方案。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, network outages, third-party platform failures or your own actions. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and offer make-up classes, extensions or refunds where interruptions occur.
